Paul McQuillan is a registered Counsellor (ACAP Reg. 21993) and works with Anglicare South Queensland in addition to online counselling via Zoom for selected clients. He completed the Diplomate with the Institute in the USA in 2011 and a Psy.D in Franklian Psychology with the Graduate Theological Foundation in 2012. He also holds a Ph D (Research topic Religious Experience), M.Ed. (Guidance and Counselling), BA, Grad. Dip. Ed. Studies (Ed. Psych), G Dip Arts (Leadership), and a G Cert Corp Mgmt. He is a life member of the Viktor Frankl Institute of Logotherapy (VFIL) USA and a member of the Viktor Frankl Institute Vienna.

He has developed and teaches the Australian Curriculum in Logotherapy. This is an Advanced Diploma of Meaning Centred Therapy (Logotherapy) Studies. The course is approved by both the Australian Standards Quality Authority (ASQA) and Psychotherapists and Counsellors Federation of Australia (PACFA). It is offered fully online by distance learning. By agreement with the VFIL USA, graduates from the Australian Course may progress to enrol in the Diplomate Clinician and Non-Clinician strands for an agreed transfer fee of US$105.

He has taught Logotherapy at the University of Southern Queensland and Ethics at the University of Queensland.

He is available on request to supervise Diplomate students.
