Biography

Dr. Cheuk Man Li, Arthur is a registered counselling psychologist in Hong Kong, and a clinical psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council in the UK. He holds a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology (California School of Professional Psychology (Hong Kong Campus), Alliant International University), M.S.Sc. In Counselling Psychology (Hong Kong Shue Yan University), and B.Sc.(Hons) in Psychology (University of Nottingham). He is certified as a Diplomate Clinician in Logotherapy by the Viktor Frankl Institute of Logotherapy, USA in 2021, and is an accredited member of the International Association of Logotherapy and Existential Analysis at the Viktor Frankl Institute Vienna.

With the vision to promote and advocate existential practice including Logotherapy in Hong Kong and Asia, Dr. Li founded the Hong Kong Centre for Existential Analysis. He has provided training and workshops in Logotherapy and existential therapy, and is dedicated to develop localized programmes rooted in Logo-philosophy and existential psychology.

Dr. Li has more than a decade of clinical experiences working with clients with different mental health, and has substantial experiences teaching at tertiary settings and supervising mental health professionals.
